About the Journey

Your body is cyclical, not linear.

Each month, you travel through inner seasons that mirror the natural world:

🌑 Menstrual (Inner Winter) — Rest and release
🌷 Follicular (Inner Spring) — Renewal and creativity
☀️ Ovulatory (Inner Summer) — Expression and connection
🍂 Luteal (Inner Autumn) — Reflection and boundaries

Embodied Cycle Care teaches you to honor these shifts through movement, mindfulness, and gentle self-observation.
