Work with me
Women's health coaching and holistic physical therapy
Support for every season of life: your menstrual cycle, pregnancy and postpartum, menopause, and the times you need rest. I look at the whole person, not just the place that hurts, and blend physical therapy knowledge, yoga, and cycle awareness into a plan that fits your life.
Women's health coaching
One-on-one support, by telehealth
Coaching sessions are a space to understand your body, make sense of what you are feeling, and build simple practices you can keep. I bring my training as a board-certified pelvic and women's health physical therapist, my yoga practice, and a deep respect for the rhythms of your life.
Sessions are booked through A Key Therapy and held by secure video, so you can join from home.
Coaching can help you
- Understand your menstrual cycle and work with its seasons
- Feel supported through pregnancy, birth recovery, and postpartum
- Navigate perimenopause and menopause with more ease
- Learn about pelvic health and know when to seek care
- Build gentle movement, yoga, and rest into real life
- Reconnect with your body and trust what it tells you
Coaching is education and support. It is not physical therapy treatment or medical care, and it does not replace care from your own providers.
How I work
Care for the whole body, and the whole person
Whether we meet for coaching or physical therapy, I look at multiple body systems and layers of being to find root causes, then build a plan with you.
Listening first
We talk through your history, concerns, and goals, so the plan starts from what matters most to you.
Whole-body view
Posture, breath, movement, the pelvic floor, the lymphatic system, stress, and rest all play a part.
Practices you can keep
You leave with simple movement, yoga, and self-care practices you can return to at home.
