Instead, we receive messages that our changing needs, emotions, symptoms, and rhythms are inconvenient, irrational, or something to overcome.

For generations, menstruation has been framed as something embarrassing, inconvenient, and shameful.

Yet when we disconnect from our cycles, we lose touch with an important source of self-awareness, intuition, and embodied knowledge.
